Fruit Loaf

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup self raising flour
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup sugar (can be reduced to 1/2 cup)
  • 1 cup fruit medley (mixed fruit)

Combine all ingredients and bake in a loaf pan for 40 mins at 180 ° C.
