Fruit Loaf
1 cup milk
1 cup self raising flour
1 cup coconut
1 cup sugar (can be reduced to 1/2 cup)
1 cup fruit medley (mixed fruit)
Combine all ingredients and bake in a loaf pan for 40 mins at 180 ° C.
